| Priors | Background values from maps, catalogues or typical properties: assumptions to be tested, not site data. |
| Measured | Captured from a declared, calibrated instrument with the original bytes in custody. |
| Inconclusive | Data that cannot support a verdict, with the reasons attached. Never rounded up or down. |
| alignment ≠ intent | Geometric or astronomical alignments are reported as geometry only, never as evidence of intention. |
| correlation ≠ causation | Fusion reports how signals line up; it does not assert that one caused another. |
Every output says what it is
CORE runs under a written, versioned body of governing law. Where a rule can be checked by a machine, it is, and work that breaks it is refused rather than flagged.
