Records and domains

A record is only as good as what an independent verifier can recompute from it.

Table 3. Properties every sealed record carries.
PropertyRule
DeterministicThe same inputs produce the same outputs; runs replay bit for bit on the same platform.
SealedConfiguration, outputs and evidence are bound by SHA-256 over canonical bytes; later edits are detectable.
Independently verifiedVerifiers recompute hashes, counts and verdicts instead of trusting what a record says about itself.
Units on every numberEach value carries its declared unit and its SI equivalent (temperatures in kelvin). Unresolved units are refused.
Registered models onlyOnly registered, governed models can seal results; anything else is refused.
Failures preservedRaw evidence is immutable; a new attempt is a new record.
Table 4. Accuracy is earned per domain, one stage at a time.
StageWhat it establishes
Laboratory benchmarkCore physics and the measurement chain on the simplest apparatus.
Coupled benchmarkInteraction of two domains (air and a solid panel) under control.
Published datasetsAgreement with independent, peer-reviewed measurements.
Scale models and sitesReal geometry, ground and weather.
ReplicationThe same frozen protocols on other people's instruments.

A prediction outside the validated domain remains a hypothesis, never a result.
